1Can I study from outside of Australia?
Unfortunately, if you're outside of Australia, you won't be able to study any of the courses listed on our website. Things may change in the future.

2Are there any entry requirements?
Our courses are suitable for individuals eager to enhance, up-skill, or re-skill. All that's required is a computer, laptop, tablet, or phone, and you're ready to begin. No prior qualifications or prerequisites are necessary to complete any of our online courses. 3Is there a study age limit?
There's generally no age limit for course enrollment on our website. However, if you're under 18, you'll need written permission from a parent or guardian to enrol. Additionally, the parent or guardian must act as the financial sponsor for individuals under 18.

4Can I get or apply for a job with Courses4me’s certificate?
While we can’t guarantee you a job, we can tell you with confidence that majority of our graduates secure an an employment within approximately 2-3 weeks after completing their studies. Moreover, we provide a FREE job ready program to our graduates, aiming to enhance their resume and interview skills.

5Do I need to have finished high school to study with Courses4me?
You do not need to finish school to study with Courses4me, our courses are available and suitable for anyone with the motivation to improve, up-skill or re-skill. All you need is a computer, laptop, tablet or phone and away you go. You do not need prior qualifications or “pre-requisites” to complete any of our online courses.

6How do I receive and begin my course?
Depending on the course, you may be able to start your study right now! You can enrol anytime from any device. Simply choose your desired course, click ENQUIRE NOW, choose a payment method and complete the checkout process.

7What student and course support do I receive?
Upon selecting and enrolling in your course, you will have access to our comprehensive support system. Our tutor, student, and technical support teams are available to assist you. Whether you have specific course-related inquiries or general questions, you can easily connect with us anytime via email at info@courses4me.com.au, or call us at 1300 100 008.

8How long will I have access to the online course?
You will have access to your course for 24 months. If you are in a position where you require an extension (and you are up to date with your payments), you can apply for an extension by emailing info@courses4me.com.au.

9Is the course interactive?
All our courses have been designed to be interactive with diverse learning styles. We are very proud of our online learning platform and how easy it is to navigate. We are constantly investing in our courses and updating the content as you learn.

10What computer skills do I need for my course?
You don't have to be a computer expert to excel in our online training, but possessing basic computer skills is essential for a comfortable learning experience. Proficiency in tasks such as typing, navigating the internet, and being familiar with computer software programs like Microsoft Word and Excel would be beneficial. 12Can I take more than one course at a time?
Our courses are studied online at your own pace, you are free to study as many or as few courses as you wish.

13Do you have start dates?
We welcome enrolments throughout the year. However, please do note that if the courses have set enrolment end dates. Students have the flexibility to commence their courses upon enrolment or choose a later start date. If you’re starting at a later date, please let us know during enrolment so we can set it up.

14Is Courses4me an RTO?
No. We are a private education company. As a private education company, we are still held to a high level of standards to ensure we are training our students correctly using the most up to date content to ensure our students achieve the goals they are after. Upon completion all students receive a hard and digital copy of their qualification and transcript to ensure they are eligible to apply for the job they are wanting..

1Are there assessments or exams in the courses?

Yes, our courses include self-assessment tests after each lesson made up of multiple-choice questions. Which you can attempt multiple times.

You also have written assignments that are marked on competency, so you won't receive a pass/fail. We will allow you to resubmit your work and the tutor team will be there to support you if you need assistance with any assignments or resubmissions.

2Are there deadlines per assignment?
Study with us is self-paced, so assignments can be submitted anytime within the student’s enrolment period. We do however encourage our students to submit assignments on a regular basis (at least 1-2 per month), to ensure completion.

Please feel free to contact our course advisers, who will be happy to assist you to work out a routine to suit your lifestyle.

 

1How do I contact my tutor?
You may contact him/her through that provided email address for consultations and inquiries.

2Who is my Tutor?
You will receive an Orientation Call from our Tutor Support Team and once you have submitted your first assignment you will then be assigned a Tutor who will mark you for the remainder of your course. You can also call us on 1300 100 008 or email submissions@courses4me.com.au for any tutor support.

3What qualifications do the tutors have?
We endeavour to hire tutors who have distinguished themselves as leaders in their respective fields with years of experience and tertiary qualifications to provide you with the best possible support.

4When will I receive my Certificate?
You will receive your certificate once you have successfully completed your course. Students who are on a payment plan will be required to pay the entirety of their payment plan off before they can access their certificate.

1What are the payment methods available? Is there a payment plan option?
We offer 2 payment methods:
- Upfront (via all major Credit Cards, PayPal, Apple Pay and Bank Transfer).
- And flexible weekly payment plans for as little as $25 per week. If you need further payment support, please contact our support team at any time through email at info@courses4me.com.au, or call us at 1300 100 008.

2Can I pay in instalments?
Yes, we offer payment plans starting from $25 per week (more information can be found on each course page; payment plans can vary depending on the course.

3Is there government funding?
As we are a Private Training Organisation we do not receive government funding, however, we try to make our courses affordable and that is why we also offer our payment plans for students to take advantage of.

4Do you accept Centrelink payments/ offer subsidies?
This is on a case by case basis, it is best for you to do further research to see if you can receive government payments or subsidies before enrolling or you are welcome to ask for a Confirmation of Enrolment which provides you with your Student ID and Course details to apply for any payment assistance.

1Can I cancel my course?
If you decide the course is not for you and have a change of mind please call  1300 100 008 or you can email support@courses4me.com.au during your 3-day cooling-off period and we will withdraw your enrollment and cancel your payment plan. The cooling off period is inclusive of weekends and public holidays.

2What if I am outside my cooling off period?
Any cancellation requests received outside of the student cooling-off period can not be actioned and the student is liable for the full cost of the course.The reasoning behind this is as an online private education company, Courses4Me invests in their students and pays the costs on behalf of the student after this 3-day period.

5I would like to be taken off your mailing lists after enquiring?
Please get in touch with us by either calling 1300 100 008 or emailing info@courses4me.com.au if you would like to be removed from our mail list.

1Is Courses4me Accredited?
Yes. Courses4me is accredited by ICOES.
ICOES has an independent board of management that ensures that the Foundation operates in accordance with its purpose. It has an Advisory Board consisting of independent professors who developed and implemented the Accreditation Standards, a quality charter that is used for the annual review of
prospective and existing accredited course providers.

2Who is Courses4me Endorsed and Accredited by?
All of our courses are endorsed by the IARC (www.iarcedu.com) and accredited by ICOES (www.icoes.org).
