In these Terms & Conditions, “us”, “we” and “our” refer to Courses4me.com.au and references to “you” and “your” is to you, the end user. These Terms & Conditions is made in accordance with the laws in Victoria, Australia.

2. WHAT YOU AGREE TO WHEN USING THIS SITE

• By using the Site you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with these Terms & Conditions you must immediately stop using the Site.

• You agree that by using the Site you will not copy the Site your own commercial purposes. You agree and warrant that you will not solicit the user of the Site to join another competing site or in anyway to stop using the Site in preference of using another site offering comparable services. You indemnify us for any loss or damage we suffer as a result of your breach of this warranty.

By using this site you acknowledge that we are not required to keep the Site available for your use and we make no warranties as to its availability.

• We may send you notices and other correspondence to the details that you submit to the Site, or that you notify us of from time-to-time. It is your responsibility to update your contact details as they change.

12. GENERAL

• Courses4me.com.au shall at its absolute discretion amend these Terms & Conditions at any time, which shall become effective by giving you notice.
• Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall be deemed to form a relationship between Courses4me.com.au and you of joint venture, partnership, employment or other association in any way other than parties to these Terms & Conditions.
• Any provision of these Terms & Conditions, which is invalid or unenforceable in any jurisdiction, is, as to that jurisdiction, ineffective to the extent of the invalidity or unenforceability without affecting the remaining provisions of these Terms & Conditions or affecting the validity or enforceability of that provision in any other jurisdiction. The parties will negotiate in good faith to replace any such provision with a provision which is valid and enforceable and consistent with the intention of these Terms & Conditions, so far as is reasonably practicable.
• The parties agree that these Terms & Conditions shall be accepted electronically and the agreement to these Terms & Conditions is formed and validly entered into electronically.
• The termination of these Terms & Conditions does not affect the parties’ rights in respect of periods before the termination of these Terms & Conditions.
• These Terms & Conditions are subject to the laws of Victoria, Australia.

13. 30 Day Money Back Guarantee 

1. Promotion Overview
   
   The Courses4me 30 Day Money Back Guarantee is available to all students who enrol in an eligible course between 3rd May and 31st May 2026.
   
   
2. Eligibility
   
   This Promotion applies to all Courses4me courses unless otherwise stated.
   The guarantee is only valid for enrolments completed during the promotional period.
   
   
3. 30 Day Guarantee Period
   
   The 30 day period begins from the student’s date of enrolment.
   Students may request to cancel their enrolment at any time within this 30 day period.
   
   
4. Payment Plans
   
   Students who enrol via an interest-free payment plan agree to continue making payments as scheduled.
   The first payment must be made within 14 days of the enrolment date.
5. Cancellation Process
   
   To cancel under this Promotion, students must notify Courses4me in writing by emailing:
   info@courses4me.com.au. This request must be received strictly before the end of the 30 day period. Requests received after this time will not be eligible for a refund. Students will become liable for the full cost of the course post the 30 day period.

6. Refunds
   Upon valid cancellation within the 30 day period:

• Courses4me will issue a full refund of all funds paid during the guarantee period
• Refunds will be processed using the original payment method where possible
• Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed

7. Access & Use of Course Materials
   
   By enrolling, students are granted access to course materials with logins issued via email.
   Courses4me reserves the right to revoke access to all course content upon cancellation and refund.
   
   
8. Exclusions & Fair Use
   
   This Promotion is designed to allow students to determine whether the course is right for them.
   Courses4me reserves the right to refuse a refund where there is evidence of misuse of the Promotion, including but not limited to:

• Excessive course completion within the 30 day period
• Downloading or reproducing course materials for external use
• Repeated enrolment and cancellation behaviour

9. General
   
   Courses4me reserves the right to modify or withdraw this Promotion at any time.
   This Promotion is offered in addition to, and does not limit, any rights you may have under Australian Consumer Law.
